Thank you for this insight. As a woman it’s even harder for me to define the priesthood. I watched a clip of Unshaken Saints about this chapter and was planning to use it for my Sunday school lesson, and now I can also incorporate some of your thoughts. Jared Hal version also connected it to Aaron and Moses, preparatory and presentation. He said Aaronic is terrestrial to telestial and Melchizedek is telestial to celestial. Aaronic ordinances change our status (effecting the physical world) and the Melchizedek changes our nature. This is why the priesthood is disruptive and transformative.
